If you're a resident and have a maintenance request concerning your unit, the owner is responsible for everything inside the unit. Contact the property manager you signed the lease with or the owner if they rented to you directly. If your concern is regarding the common area outside your unit, patio or deck, please print the following form and drop it in the office mail slot or in person during office hours. If you'd like, you can fax the completed form to 775-350-7081 or email us.
